Ritual 75

The Ritual 75 is a full experience that develops over seventy-five minutes, combining heat, thermal contrast, water massage and interactive in a sequence carefully designed to balance the body and enhance the sensations.

Each phase has a specific function within the ritual, creating a path of progressive and perfectly harmonized.

* Infrared Sauna – 15 minutes
The session begins with an infrared sauna in approximately fifteen minutes. The heat acts of deep and controlled, helping to:

• Relax the muscles
• To activate the circulation
• Open the pores
• To prepare the body for the thermal contrast back

It is the opening phase, where your body starts to loosen up and the mind starts to disconnect.

* Cold shower-contrast
At the end of the sauna, a cold shower, brief and controlled. This step is essential within the ritual, because it allows:

The combination of dry heat, contrast, cold and hot water creates a total body experience.

Magma 40 totally interactive – 40 minutes
The ritual culminates with a Magma 40 fully interactive, developed during approximately forty minutes.

In this phase:
• The massage is to surround, fluid and deeply sensory.
• The interaction is constant, conscious and dynamic.
• Creates a special connection that power every movement.
• The experience evolves progressively, allowing an experience more intense and developed.
